Andrew was educated at Sedbergh School and the
University of Durham. He became a partner in 1997 and Head of
Commercial Dispute Resolution in 2002. Andrew acts for a wide
range of clients in the private and public sector, including HFC
Bank Ltd, Bibby Distribution Ltd, ScottishPower plc and Arrow
Global. He specialises in contractual disputes, Alternative Dispute
Resolution, injunctive relief and financial sector
recoveries. He also has wide experience in the debt sale
industry, acting for sellers and purchasers on due diligence,
contractual issues and risk profiling distressed
purchases.
