Weightmans LLP are pleased to announce a series of seminars on
the Jackson review.
The Civil Litigation Costs Review is the most wide-ranging in
living memory . Its recommendations may fundamentally alter the
costs landscape. Lord justice Jackson's conclusions will be
announced when he publishes his final report on 14
January 2009.
These seminars aim to distil and communicate the key
recommendations in the report whilst offering strategic guidance on
its ramifications for Insurers and compensators.
The seminars will take place in our Manchester and London offices, and the
Jury's Inn in Birmingham on the following
dates:

The seminar will feature:
- Rob Williams, Partner, Weightmans LLP will highlight key
recommendations from the report.
- Howard Dean, Partner will highlight strategic issues for
insurers.
- Dan Cutts ,
Partner will highlight the
FOIL perspective from
his position as President.
The seminar will begin with registration and lunch at 12.30pm,
talks will start at 1pm and conclude at around 2.00pm.
